Program Management (State Government):

• Manage the NC Minority Business Development Agency Business Center - $2.4 million
• Manage a statewide Advisory Board Council
• Serve as Andrea Harris Task Force Liaison to address disparities in communities of color
• Identify barriers to creating a diverse supply chain and oversight and compliance for 220 agencies
• Designed and implemented grant program with $40M+ to support businesses impacted by COVID-19
• Developed and implemented performance measure/metric dashboards
• Increased awareness of procurement and construction opportunities statewide
• Increased HUB database by 3000 vendors and implemented Business Development Program
• Designed and executed the 1st statewide Small Business Program
